lyrics
The world always ends
for someone each day.
Time please go on
and take this pain away.
When time is up
our world is gone.
We had our way
for far to long.
The world always ends
for someone each day.
Time please go on
and take this pain away.
If there's an end,
let it be loud.
Let it be bloody
and get it all out!
Go tell the world
we are ephemeral!
We are the messengers
and we scream load
but the echo fade
while we hide
in the shade
Go tell the world
we are ephemeral!
We don't learn
We don't caire
We don't stop
We don't dare
to be more
than we are
before we realise
we where already
living in paradise
But It happens all over again
where has reason gone to?
We're ephemeral,
but we seem to last
So repent right now
come on, come on!
You have what I want and I will take it
No need to reason, 'cause I'll break it
If it means to destroy the world
I don't caire; here I am!
I am coming for you!
(Ephemera!)
You don't believe as I do so fuck you!
I do not look ahead but always back!
If it means to destroy the world
I don't caire; here I am!
I am coming for you!
(zombified cunts)
We are the downfall
so unexpectable?
We are the downfall
so unexcapable
It will never be a good time
a good time to release
and to part with your old ways
It happens all over again
where has reason gone to?
We're ephemeral,
but we seem to last
and we are just fuck ups
making the same mistakes to fast.
You don't deserve the world you live in
a sea of bodies all drowning in sin
If it means to destroy the world
I don't caire; here I am!
I am coming for you!
Quite possibly the most full-on album I've ever listened to. Intense, and then some. 'Digital Tarpit' could describe both the track and the whole album: high-pitched guitar squeals that make your fillings itch coupled with merciless, suffocating heaviness. The Avenell-esque vocals top it off perfectly.
Brilliant - punishing, but brilliant. jim_fuego
